Printer Fixit doesn't work

  I have a problem using an attached printer in a network from another computer.

  I tried Fixit but I immediately get an error message:

  C:\programfiles\microsoftfixitcentre\SAPfolder\2DCFCA1F-DD77-4F0F-B24E-73F0A9F2C06..

  Foutcode: 0X80040154

  Gebruiker: ACER\Wijnanda

  Context: Verhoogd

  What is going wrong?
