Subscription renewal problem RRS feed

    I already payed to renew my subscription but when I try to turn on my windows live one care it still says I need to renew my subscription. I logged on to my windows live onecare account and it says that my subscription is enabled and that I did indeed pay already. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do or call. Please help. Thank you

  • It usually rakes a day or so for your subscription information to be updated in the One Care console. If your subscription status isn't updated in the next 24-48 hours please post back.

  • Can you also confirm how you renewed? Did you use a key or provide payment information? Did you do this from within OneCare or at http://billing.microsoft.com?

    If you open OneCare and click "check for updates" what happens?
