  • hi Shetty,

You can make use of the Out of the Box Audit functionality.

Go to Setting --> Auditing --> Global Audit Settings and check start auditing and define the entities and fields you want to track by enabling auditing in entity customization and field options.

    Regards,

    Vinoth Kumar.

  • Yes your right. but its for entities and attributes .

Here I need to know the users work activities.

    For Example

user1  added new resource to Project entity.

user2 created a new form. etc...

i am asking is it possible to do all these using system jobs.

  • Hi Shetty,

Can you be more clear with requirement. do you want to send any email regarding the user activities or you want to generate any report ?

  • Hi Vinoth Kumar,

Here my requirement is to Track the Daily users activity (like a Log activity) only  the System Administrator should see the user's activities. That means what the particular user did example today.
