We help troubleshoot any issues. If you're reporting a bug, use the support solutions first. Similar to a forum about any other product, bugs aren't filed or fixed in the forums. Those issues are resolved/answered when the below support solution information
is given. We don’t guarantee fixes (it's just a bonus if we provide one). If you want an issue fixed, see the support solutions below.
