CRM 2011 - Unable to add attachments to mail merges emails after UR17 RRS feed

  • Hi,

    When starting a mail merge from the Outlook client, the final step before the email gets sent is to add attachments and choose to track the emails as activities (see here).

    Since installing UR17 for the Outlook client, this screen is no longer displayed and the email just gets sent. It was a bit embarrassing when sending out a bulk mailing referencing an attachment which didn't exist!

    Has anyone else experienced this and have a fix? I've removed UR17 for now and logged it on Connect, but I don't usually have much luck over there.
