Oh my, your installed copy of Windows 7 Ultimate is non-genuine and counterfeit. You'll need to replace with a genuine edition of Windows. Examples

The installed Key is an OEM_SLP Key which can only be used on machine which were shipped from teh factory with Windows 7 installed - your machine was manufactured well before Windows 7 was released, and so cannot possibly support such a Key.
The BIOS table data looks very strange for a Dell machine - from which fact I would infer that an attempt has been made to use an Activation Exploit to force activation and validation.
You will need to reformat and reinstall using either new media and Key, or the OS for which the system is licensed - Is there a COA sticker on the case? If so, for whach version and edition of Windows is it valid?
