    just go to hospital and check for collecting information about the hospital and u can check from google and i will try to give some information about it

    is it so Venkat_psgtech and most often i never the see the reply of the member and i will simple select the reply and entering msg and i am seeing ur each and every thread it mean u are replying evey msg in forums and so we can't do anything

    hi,

    First step to follow is to go to hospital . Take the xerox copies of the appication forms there. Then study the process they follow to update the details.
