and get the office error above, so OGA office does bad things to office 2003 text formatting command is not available error when I try to open most messages.

Do you have a Volume Licensing Agreement with Microsoft that covers the use of this product?

Thanks for looking at this. I have checked the pointer you gave, they unfortunately do not adress the issue of the office genuine breaking office 2003. Nor why a valid office is not. These are really serious issues IMHO
