.NET framework and other extensions of your product (associate with your account) are already saved for you when ever you install it and on which ever device you install it on. I would recommend that you install it from beginning (after uninstalling) so
that Visual Studio can manage everything for your machine.
.NET framework, Microsoft Foundation Classes for C++ and other extensions that you are using would be installed also (account sign in might be required, or may not be depending on the products).
