Is anyone else having problems replying to threads?

Question

This is the 3rd day in a row I've tried to reply to the thread listed below and all I get is a spinning circle that spins forever (or until I close the browser).
Can you not reply to a thread if you've marked it as answered?

Hi Amedeo,
Could you please perform the following actions and let us know if the issue still persists as we are unable to reproduce the issue :
1> Disconnect from internet and reconnect it again.
2> Clear the cookie and make sure the option "Preserve favourite website data" is unchecked if you are using IE8.
3> Are you able to reproduce the issue on any other browser like FireFox etc.
4> If still you are facing the issue the send a mail to :
along with the fiddler traces. To get the fiddler trace Install Fiddler and run it when you are opening the forum site. It is a little weight http sniffer and will capture http traffic in the case that you are getting anything other than a return code from the browser. (http://www.fiddler2.com/fiddler2 )
Thanks!

I'm trying to edit another post and all that happens is a spinning circle and then an error box with no message in it. The same post I'm trying to edit took me forever to post. It was as if the webpage was timing out every time I tried to post my question. My question finally posted on the 7th try.

I've done step #1 several times. I'm using IE 7 and I cleared my cookies. Prior to trying any of the other steps you listed I spoke with our network admin (who wasn't here when I was originally having this issue). It turns out that our network was blocking me from posting on the forum. The reason I thought it was a MSDN forum issue is that there were threads I was able to post and reply to without any issue. I don't understand why I was able to post on some threads but not others but the issue has been resolved.
Thank you for your help Ashwani.
