Hi there,
What version of Project Server are you using? Do you need to check Project Professional, Project Server or both?
For Project Server 2010 see the links below:
Project Professional 2010: http://pwmather.wordpress.com/2011/07/18/how-to-check-the-project-professional-2010-service-pack-patch-level-projectserver-ps2010/
Project Server 2010: http://pwmather.wordpress.com/2011/07/08/how-to-check-the-sharepoint-2010-and-project-server-2010-service-pack-patch-level-ps2010-projectserver-sharepoint-sp2010/
One you have the verion numbers, search the that version number in Bing and you will see the SP / CU installed.
Hope that helps
Paul
