Configuration wizard is not working RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    In one of our client machine i have installed the CRM for outlook client, when i click in Configuration wizard its not working anything but i can able to access Diag Tool is working fine.

    Re-installed in thrice and repaired it but nothing is working.

    When i try to install the rollup 6 i got this error,

    Any suggestions....

  • Hi Guys,

    I have uninstalled the Microsoft CRM from client machine.

    Deleted the Dynamics CRM folder on the client machine.

    Deleted the MSCRMEmail folder located under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft

    Installed it again the CRM for Outlook and i were able to connect to the CRM Organization.
