We are using Microsoft Dynamic CRM 2011.
We need guidance about Lead to account direct conversion .
We are trying to convert it but we are facing issue that we need to convert it
first into opportunities
Then into contact then we didn't find any way for converting Contact to Account.
We need direct conversion of lead to account.
Please guide us for the same.
Well, in my out of the box environment, I can convert lead straight to Account or Contact or both. You can choose when you click Qualify button on the ribbon line.
What comes to converting Contact to Account is a little bit weird. I mean, contact represents person, Account company etc.
Can you post what issues are you facing?
