Error Message "An email session could not be started. Please check your MAPI installation RRS feed

  • Using MYOB version 18.5 & Windows Vista & Windows Mail.

    When i try to send an email (statements & invoices) through MYOB the error message comes up "An email session could not be stated. Please check your MAPI installation."

    I do not know what the problem is? This function seems to work at times and other times it dosnt seem to work!

    I have set Windows Mail as my defult email & have downloaded all current updates?

    It is so fustrating. PLEASE could you advise what i need to do?
