IFD steps for Click Dimension
First of all we need to download :
1 - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server 2011 - http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=27822
2 - ADFS – active directory federation services 2.0 -

-setup Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server 2011
- set up 2
wildcart certification (encrypt and signing certification)
- setup ADFS and configuration
- in IIS – add site binding
- in crm deployment manager - add properties – then set external facing development
- again in ADFS - set trust relationship and add claim rule
- from commond pront reset IIS
- check link in IE – finally it should work.
