    hi,i don,t really know how to start this question but here goes,my computer keeps crashing every now and then and i have no idea why,i am running windows vista and when it hangs it does try to do its best to recover ,but sometimes it can take quite a while,i think it said something about a kernel problem but i havn,t seen this error code since ,can anybody help plz
