I just finished attempting to instal the one livecare antivirus but each time it gives me error: 0029-8007000D
What does that mean and how can it be resolved?

Run the One Care install cleanup tool - http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/onecareinstallandactivate/thread/399071e2-49dc-4767-932d-d261e3965943 uninstall any other security software that might be present then install One Care.
