Adding new Input and Output parameter to existing Customer Workflow Activity - Does not show up in workflow designer

Question
-
Hi,
I have Customer Workflow activity which is being used in one of the Workflow Process. Now I have added few more Input and Output argument for this custom activity and updated assembly using Plugin registration tool.
However when I open Workflow process designer, it does not show up. So far i have restarted IIS and Async service however it did not help.
I know it will work if I un-register and reregister the assembly newly added parameters will show up, however for that I have remove all the references to this WF activity from all the Workflow processes which is huge task.
Could you please let me know better way to keep the existing WF process as it is and still get to see newly added input and output parameter for workflow activity

Did you try to increase assembly version of your custom workflow assembly and then updated it, I have faced this some time changing assembly version helped me.

Hi,
This won't help you now but maybe next time. I've had some issues like this one in the past and maybe you forgot to click the "load" button in the plugin registration tool when you updated the assembly. It's very easy to oversee this step as you, or I at least, think that the assembly has been loaded as soon as you select the file.
