26 months ago and registered it at your site and you gave me a "product ID" and made me eligible to
update my Windows and download products that need validation process (more than 5 times)and after
about 18 months I recieved your terrible warnning!!
My Windows disc has cover, Lable, Product key (that you accepted the first time).
please tell me; WHAT SHOULD I DO?

  • Hello amatureman,

Without Certificates of Authenticity or current Volume Licensing Agreements, your Windows and Office are nongenuine.

At this point your options include:

    1.  Do nothing.  Your installations of Windows and Office will continue to work, but will display "reminders" that they are not Genuine and tell you about the potential dangers of nongenuine software.

    2.  Uninstall Windows and Office and try the open source replacements.

    3.  Participate in the Windows Genuine Offer and the Office Genuine Offer to acquire Genuine Microsoft software directly from Microsoft.  You should be seeing notifications that tell you how to go about  doing this.

    4.  Purchase Genuine Windows and Office from trusted local or online retailers.  Please be cautious about purchasing software from "nontraditional" sources, as there is a lot of counterfeit software floating around out there, and as always, deals that are "too good to be true" are just that.

  • Hello amatureman,

Your computer has XP Pro, Office 2007 Professional Plus, Visio Pro 2007 and Project Pro 2007 installed.

All of these are volume licenses.  XP is showing as having a keygen Product Key and Office is showing as having a blocked Product Key.

Do you have Certificates of Authenticity and/or a current valid Volume Licensing Agreement from Microsoft for any of this software?
