Play one video on Multi Screen

I Have HD movie that run on multi screen (2)
I need to view on each monitor other part of the movie , but not all size
for example: on monitor A , from position:100,100 size:200,200 and on monitor B:position 500,450 size:200,200
any idea how can i do this?
should i use DirectX or OpenGL

Sorry... you mean you want to set viewports of the film, that's it? Something like... you have an HD movie, but want to see 2 squares with parts of the film, each one on a different display? Did I get it right?
