OneCare Live Error Installation Did Not Succeed

  I've tried Live Help and could not locate the Error ID: 0033-80070643. I think the error might be connected the program known as DioCleaner.

   

  I've removed everything that I could locate on my computer that had anything to do with this spyware.

   

  Any suggestions?
