CRM 2011 Online & Sending Emails RRS feed

  • I am using a CRM 2011 test account with two users both of which have @yahoo.com addresses. I now opened an account and added an email activity. The from field is the main user (the administrator when starting the CRM 2011 trial account). The two field was replaced with the second user. When I look at All Activities the Activity Status is completed. However, the email never made it through. What are the proper email routing options to chose for this scenario so email are making it through?

    Note that the email address was approved for the two users.
