Validation of Windows xp/sp2

Question
-
I can't download updates... and I am very
because WGA says they can't valide my version of windows xp sp2.
I've bought my computer a month ago at a second hand shop. I didn't receive the disc, but I've got the product key.
I have checked and the last four figures are the same as you requires. What shall I do? As far as I know I have the real version - I must have the real version, because I bought the computerthat way, and yet new downloads will not work .
Answer required.
