Where do I find what I'm looking for?

Looking to seek information as well as contribute information (useful information hopefully) on Server 2019. Now I don't come to these forums a lot. But one would "think" that entering "WINDOWS SERVER 2019" in the forums search box would actually yield something. Turns out to be a waste of time. So can anyone enlighten this apparent idiot who is not intelligent enough to know the "magic" search words please?
