Email-to-Case Spring Relase version / using workflow RRS feed

  • Has anyone found a way of how to use elements of the body of an email and populate them into ticket fields using workflow.

    We are using the new email-to-case functionality that comes out-of-the-box in the LEO release. I can see all case creation rules but we haven't managed to use other elements of the email to populate into the ticket.
