Lately more and more of our on premise CRM 2013 users are experiencing this error which causes Outlook to hang and users to loose work unable to save mails, search, send mail etc.
In the eventlog on the client we see this:
"A problem occurred initializing Microsoft CRM UI within a Microsoft Oulook form. Restart Microsoft Outlook and try again. HR=0x80040305. Context=. Function=CInspectorsEventsHandler::NewInspectorInternal. Line=327"
On Exchange we see this:
"Mapi session /o=domain Exchange/ou=First Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=xxxxxx with client type MoMT exceeded the maximum of 800 objects of type Folder"
The problem first appeared July 17th, but has escalated wildly the last couple of days.
We are not running cached mode (exchange) and it's a remote desktop so offline mode in CRM is not available.
We have other exchange-users without CRM 2013, they are not experiencing this.
New windows profiles, deleting crm cache etc. does not help, but closing Outlook helps a couple of hours before the error returns.
Any ideas as to where we start troubleshooting this?
