    After downloading windows 8.1 software with build 9600 from Store of my Laptop, i didn`t get the product key in my email as the downloaded software was free of cost. I have installed the mentioned software in my system but haven`t activated the product key till now. It also says that my product key has been blocked. What shall i do now?

    I'd ask in the Windows 8.1 forum on Microsoft Community.

    As the Microsoft Community is on a different platform, we cannot move the question for you.

    Once there, click on Participate near the top of the screen, and select 'Ask a Question' or 'Start a Discussion'
