Sync Files with MacBook Pro and Windows 7 PC RRS feed

    I have been using Windows Live sync to sync files on my home PC and my work Mac. I just want to keep files synced. I do not need the live mesh online feature. I just want to sync files.
    If i don't sync with the online desktop in live mesh can i not use he feature. 
    Is Live Sync the best choice for this option or am i missing something with Live Mesh features.

    Live Mesh adds the Live Desktop, so if you don't need that, stick with Live Sync. Rumor has it that these two offerings will merge in 2010 and be a single program.
