CRM 2011 CCA and CRM 2013 Unified Service Desk RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    In CRM 2011 we use to use Custome care accelator CCA.

    Now iN CRM 2013 service pack 1 used  Unified Service Desk

    is it both are doing same purpose any difference is there?

    Unified service desk is specififally for CRM 2013 with extended feature?
