    I have installed the Dynamics plugin for Outlook 2011, however when I attempt to configure it I get a message " "No Organization was specified in the configuration file"

    Hi Richard, normally when you install the CRM for Outlook client the configuration wizard should ask you for the URL of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online organization that you've set up.

    To check what has been configured, if anything, you can check in Outlook (but the steps to do this differ depending on whether you are using Outlook 2003, 2007 or 2010). There's no Outlook 2011 version -- so if you're using Outlook 2010, click File > CRM and check the 'Select an Organization' option.
