We have recently upgraded from CRM 2011 to CRM 2013.
We are having an issue with the navigation when editing a related record.
Example (but this happens on all related items);
- We go to Sales>>Accounts and select a Specific Account to Edit
- We go to Contacts on that Specific Account
- We double click (or click edit) on the Associated contact we want to edit. This brings up the contact form in the browser. But the top navigation bar changes from SALES>>Accounts>>SpecificAccount to SALES>>Contacts>>SpecificContact.
Now we have no easy way to navigate back to the Specific Account to finish working on that.
Is there any way to have it default to open in a new window (like in CRM 2011) so we don't lose the parent record we were working on?
