My Start Menu in Windows 10 doesn't show up completely.y RRS feed

    Hi, When I press the Start button, my start menu doesn't appear. I have an Icon at the very top that has 3 lines, then near the bottom, I have the symbol for the sleep, shut down, and restart items and then I have the symbol for all Apps. I can click on the 3 lines at the top and see the account picture and Jump List but that's the only time I can see it. On my other computer , I see the account picture and the Jump List when I press the Start button. How do I change this back so that I can see the account picture and the Jump List when I press the start button? Thank You.

    I'd ask in the Windows 10 forum on Microsoft Community.

    As the Microsoft Community is on a different platform, we cannot move the question for you.

    Once there, click on Participate near the top of the screen, and select 'Ask a Question' or 'Start a Discussion'
