I am getting an error when trying to access Technet "My Account", RRS feed

  • An Error Has Occurred There was an unexpected error while retrieving your benefit data and we cannot process your request. You can try to: * Close your browser and retry the operation again in a few minutes. * Contact Support * Read the On-Line Self Help Reference Id: 72838723 I have checked my subscription and it shows as "Active" and does not expire until November this year. Also, when I goto the downloads its showing as "Not Available". Very frustrating :/. Please help.
