Workflow to Change Case Status Reason is not working RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I found an issue where changing Case status reason from workflow is not working. The Case 'status' is updated correctly, however the 'status reason' is not.

    I created an on-demand workflow that change Case status reason to Information Provided (from status= Resolved).

    After running this workflow, the Case is correctly updated to Resolved status, however the status reason for some reason gets changed to 'Problem Solved' instead of 'Information Provided'.

    Then I try again to change the status reason to 'Merged' (from status = Cancel). I run the workflow and the Case is correctly updated to 'Canceled' status, but the status reason turns to 'Canceled', instead of 'Merged'.

    It seems that the status reason stays at the default value of that status for some reason. Does anyone have this problem?
