    I've changed internet providers and email address as well. I've updated it on line with windows live and now that I need to redo my annual sub. one care wants me to sign in with my orignal email address and will not let me put in my new/ currecy address ?????????????????  I've even tried adding my old one as the secondary?

    You can't change the LiveID for a subscription. If you want to use your new email address as the LiveID, uninstall OneCare and re-subscribe with the new address.
