I've just signed up for a trial version of CRM, expecting to be able to make customizations to my instance. Once it was created, though, I don't see any way to get to the customizations area. It just looks like I'm a regular user, with no administrative
privileges. I've watched videos where someone set up a trial version and was able to make customizations. Is that not still possible or is this just a case of user error? Any help in pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated.
Edit to add that I appear to be set up as a Global Administrator in the Office Admin Center and that I actually ended up creating three trials because I thought there might be something wrong. They all look the same.
