I experienced a strange problem with the synchronization of CRM contacts to Outlook that I want to share with the community.
After I customized my CRM Outlook filters for contacts and synchronized with CRM, a lot of my Outlook contacts lost the CRM icon that indicates they are tracked in CRM, and reverted back to the normal Outlook icon. Also I´m not able to open the contact
in CRM by click on "View in CRM", because the button is deactivated. Only the synchronization from CRM to Outlook is still working without any problems. I deactivated and re-activated the Outlook filter and even reconfigured my Outlook
client but each time I got the same result.
