  • i have just noticed a issue on CRM 2011 on-prem when we have a case against a time contract we have resolved the case and the hours are deducted from the contract as you would expect.

    i had to cancel a call resolution and i noticed the time was not added back to the contract, has anyone had anything like this ? or know a work around so when a call resolution is canceled or deleted the hours get added back to the contract

  • I think you could not achieve this through a workflow. So, you could write your own plugin which intercepts the update message of the case resolution. Then, you could add back your time to the contract through the case and contract relationship. For more information on how to write a plugin have a look at this link.
