Sorry about thedelay - I only just got notified of the post (and then somehow managed to move it to the worng forum - I'll correct that in a minute)
You have a number of problems
1) a fair number of file mismatches - you need to run CHKDSK C: /F and SFC /SCANNOW to try and correct them.
2) you have a Blocked Volume License Key for Windows XP Pro.
If you actually have a License for XP Proo, you may be able (once the other problems are cured) to ckang the Key using the PKUT....
Use the Product Key Update Tool - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows/help/genuine/product-key to change the Key to the one on your COA sticker, then reboot and post a new MGADiag report so we can confirm that everything went OK
