Re-Occuring Meetings in A Shared Calender RRS feed

  • We have been working on populating the CRM with all of our meetings. Unfortunately we seem to have encountered an issue when adding a meeting which is entered as a recurring event in Outlook in a shared calendar . When I tried to link the series to the relevant company through the calendar invite in Outlook, it seems to have added each meeting (which occur monthly) to the database multiple times, with different owners, despite the fact that the meeting is only in the shared calendar in Outlook once each month.

    Do you have any suggestions as to how we can fix this? Is there a better way to add recurring events?
