unable to login to mcp site

I used this site to view and download my MCITP transcript but cannot do so anymore. I recently tried to login and you gave me a whole lot of crap! I was asked to verify a few details but cannot do so because the previous email addresses I've been using are closed. Now how do I get in to my MCP profile. The service here in South Africa is so poor, they don't even have an email address for Microsoft. When I called them they said they return my call but never did. Please help , all I need is for my existing MCP profile to be migrated to my new email address account details.

Try https://mcp.microsoft.com, then maybe create a new account, and then call customer support?
