  • Unfortunately, you have a counterfeit copy of Windows 7 Ultimate edition installed.  In order to fix this problem, you'll need to purchase a "genuine" Full Retail edition of Windows 7 and perform a "clean install".  Genuine Windows 7 software is available from the Microsoft Store.

  • You appear to have a custom built system or have replaced the motherboard on an Acer. As Carey says this Windows is not valid on your computer and you need to replace it with a full license retail copy.  Replacing a motherboard with anything but the manufacturer's replacement part invalidates OEM SLP copies of Windows.

    Windows Product ID Type: 2
    Windows License Type: OEM SLP

    Your key

    *****-*****-GJY49-VJBQ7-HYRR2

is an Acer Windows 7 Ultimate key and is only valid as long as you are using the motherboard that shipped from the Acer factory or its Acer replacement part in the event of replacement for defect.

Your computer uses a retail motherboard, Gigabyte H55M-UD2H, and that is not an Acer replacement part.  Even if you have an Acer but have replaced the motherboard you still cannot continue to use this copy of Windows.  If you have a custom built computer you cannot use any OEM SLP copy of Windows.
