Getting Genuine

  I don't understand why my copy is not genuine, it came with the computer.

  Well, I went and purchased the online verison (which they will also mail a cd to me) and I have yet receive the email nor the product by mail, but my credit card was debited two days ago.

  Whai is going on????   Why haven't I received an email?

  I am trying to do the right thing, and I keep getting the message all the time "not genuine".  It bothers me, since I already tooks steps to get that fixed.
