Is there any way to track an email by using macros?

  Hi,

  I'm just trying to make my tracing process more effective by implementing a macro that listen to the inbox and determines if a just arrived mail is to be tracked or not. By now I have the listener working properly. My problem is that I can't find how to tell CRM to track a mail from a macro. Is there any way to do this? could you give me an example of that. I really appreciate it.
