  • With OCS, can I create a meeting, invite someone without Office and with or without a web cam to join a meeting through a web browser to join a meeting involving desktop sharing and video viewing?

  • You have to configure Allow Anonymous meeting participants in your meeting policy to enable this. You should read the Live Meeting documentation to further your understanding. It is included in the OCS Documentation, see the FAQs on where to get this.

  • In addition to Thom's answer, one small thing. If the web conference (aka Live meetting) is on-premise, then all users will need to use the Live Meeting client.
