File Mismatch: C:\Windows\system32\user32.dll[6.1.7600.16385], Hr = 0x800b0100Licensing Data--> Input Error: Can not find script file "C:\Windows\system32\slmgr.vbs".
These file mismatches/tampered files are common when someone has tried to illegally activate Windows 7 using RemoveWAT.
Download & run WATFix it will fix the corrupted/tampered files. DO NOT attempt to close it. Wait for it to finish. It will reboot your system automatically.
Then post another MGADiag Report.
