Windows Aero Problem

    Question

  • This problem recently occurred like 20 minutes ago. I downloaded some games from Big Fish Games and I was also updating my iTunes, installing the latest updates. Then as i quit the game from Big Fish, there was a message saying Windows Aero is not valid and I have been a victim of counterfeit. I downloaded the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool as a desperate need for help and here was the message i received in the Windows tab:

  • Open System Restore by clicking the Start button , clicking All Programs, clicking Accessories, clicking System Tools, and then clicking System Restore.‍ Select a Restore Point that was created prior ro your problem becoming known.

You should also scan your system using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (www.malwarebytes.org - do NOT enable the resident scanner when you install it)
