Disc udate mgr

  When my computer starts up I get error messages that refer to the disc update mgr and the disc stream mgr. Both messages say that an application has generated an exception that could not be handled and both say no debugger found. They refer to Process Id errors as 0x940(2368), 0x163c8(5832) and Thread ID errors as 0x668(1640) and 0x1a4(1420).

  The no debugger found messages have error codes cordbg.exe !a 0xbd0 and cord bg.exe !a 0x13cb. There is also a message that says JIT debugger is not available 0x2(2).

  How can these be repaired or eliminated
