Same Issue! RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • I have a FUJITSU Computer System and I'm getting the same problem. It's VISTA! The operating system is been doing that with a lot of systems, and VISTA is the only thing that can account for it. I don't buy and operating system based on what hardware I use. I buy operating system based on the fact that it operates on whatever hardware I choose to run with it! (and this is Microsoft, IT NEEDS TO BE MORE RELIABLE!!!!!)

  • Hello snuniversal,

Are you requesting support?  If so, would you provide a more detailed description of the issue (there are hundreds of ways for any operating system, not just Vista, to have problems. So telling me that you are "getting the same problem" is insufficient information to allow me to help resolve the issue)

In addition, please download and run the Genuine Diagnostics tool at this link http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012. Click "Continue", click the "Copy" button, then paste the report into a response message in this thread.

If you do not have access to the Start Button, the follow the below steps to generate the Diagnostic Report:

    1) Login to Vista and Click the option that brings up Internet Explorer.

    2) Type: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 into the browser address bar.

    3) A window will come up asking if you want to Run or Save, Select Run

    4) When the program runs, Click the Continue button, then click the Copy button.

    5) Return to this thread by Typing: http://forums.community.microsoft.com/en-US/genuinevista/thread/4378587c-5cfd-42ed-bb42-c4e91288d4ce into the browser address bar.

    6) In a reply post, Paste the Diagnostic Report.

    Thank you,
