Trying to load e-learning course, flash player req,\uired and isntalled, still won't play RRS feed

  • Trying to laod an e-learning course (or download). Popup executes requiring FlashPlayer. Installed FlashPlayer successfully, click on Begin Course button, Install Flash pop-up executes again. Cannot download courses for offline viewing either (I have the offline viewer already installed). On IE 8. Any ideas?

  • having the same problem... anybody have any suggestions? Sorry to offend any of you guys but I am running OSX and according to Microsoft that is not a problem.

    OS: Windows 7 Beta (Build 7000)
    Browser: Mozilla Firefox 3.0.10
    Flash Player Installed: Yes
    Flash Player Works On Every Single Other Website On The Internet Apart From Microsoft.com: Yes!

  • I had similar problem but adding https:\\microsoftelearning.com to IE's trusted sites fixed it.
